All rentals are first come first serve. Although we only require two week's notice on orders, we do tend to book up months ahead of time. Last minute orders will be accepted based on our stock availability, so please call early!

To reschedule your order, you must do so at least five days prior to your pick up date+ rentals are not guaranteed for your new date, but we will try our best to work with you. Cancellations must be at least five days notice on all orders. Deposits are non-refundable if under five days notice. Any linens ordered will be charged in full if rescheduled or cancelled under five days notice.​

It depends on the rental item! If you are picking up tables, then you need a pick up truck or large van. Our tables do not fold and will not fit in a normal car. Please keep in mind the quantity of items rented and available empty space in your car before you pick up.

We will have staff available to help you load/unload your vehicle Monday- Saturday between 10am-3pm and Sunday between 10am-12pm. We are open until 5pm Monday-Saturday and 1pm on Sunday, but you may have to load/unload yourself.

We require a security deposit when picking up rentals. The security deposit amount depends on quantity of items/ which items are rented. We also need a credit card and drivers license present day of pick up.
