​We require two week's notice on orders. Last minute orders will be accepted based on our delivery, labor, + stock availability, so please call!

Delivery: We charge is based on area of event, items ordered, if breakdown is needed, + extra if time of delivery or breakdown is outside of store hours.

Install: There is a fee to install depending on size and quantity of garland(s) plus the delivery fee. You may opt out of installation + only get delivery, but that means Westmont Party will not set up your garland, just drop it off.

Westmont Party uses only the highest quality balloons + materials, however, some may pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup, but we do not replace after we leave. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. Indoor balloon garlands could last up to a month or more (no guarantees) if kept away from direct heat and sunlight.

Time varies for installs depending on the scale of the design. All of our inflating is done ahead of time, so we typically can install in under an hour. Don't have that amount of time? Consider a freestanding balloon garland! It is pre-made, so it takes just minutes to deliver!

To reschedule your order, you must do so at least five days prior to your event date. Cancellations must be at least five days notice on all orders. Balloon garlands will be charged in full if rescheduled or cancelled in under five days notice.

Sizing is not by linear footage. In order to achieve the thickness and organic shape of our garlands, you would need to measure the length, then add multiple feet.

This is a popular option for people who do not have time to waste when setting up for the event. It takes just minutes to deliver! This is also a good option for venues that do not allow anchoring points on walls. The frames can be curved at a 90 degree angle or kept straight. There is no install charge- just a delivery fee.

Yes we will! If you have your own frame that you would like us to install onto, it MUST be set up BEFORE delivery because we cannot wait due to time restraints. We will not setup your frame and are not responsible for any damage. If you want us to install on your frame, then delivery + install fees will be added.
